Event Description

Start 2022 off with something different, something new, something special just for you! Emily, Nikki, and Jen would like to welcome you to this unique event, as you welcome in your unique new year.

Renew: Creating with Community will take place on:

Saturday, January 8th from 10:00am-1:00pm at Love Performing Art Center, located at 525 West 66th St. in Loveland (next to Spring 44 Distillery.)

Featuring yoga, meditation, and kirtan, Renew offers you the space to find balance and harmony within, as well as an opportunity for connection with others.

We’ll open the morning with a hatha flow style yoga class, enhanced with essential oil aromatherapy and reiki energy work.

Tea and light snacks will be provided following class, and there will be time for either quiet individual reflection or getting to know fellow event participants. The opportunity to share about your own unique business ventures or creative projects will also be offered and welcomed.

We’ll close out the afternoon with a guided meditation and a session of kirtan.

Kirtan is a practice of devotional singing and chanting in which a group repeats lines sung by a leader. Our session will include a variety of styles, from traditional, to contemporary, and participants are free to sing along, play musical instruments, or simply listen and meditate. All event offerings are open to and accessible for those with all levels of previous yoga, meditation, and kirtan experience, including none at all. Bring your inspiration, your imagination, and your eagerness for a new start, and leave with a sense of balance, peace, and lightness, feeling renewed and connected as the year begins

Event investment is $40, paid upon sign up, and includes all event activities, tea & snacks, and a gift bag from your hosts. Pre-registration for this event is required, and early sign ups are encouraged, as space is limited. Sign up here

Please bring your yoga mat, any blankets or props needed for comfort, a water bottle, and any instruments you’d like to play during kirtan. Please note that this event will adhere to all current covid guidelines. We welcome you to reach out to us with any questions, and we’re so excited to see you there!
